Viability Studies
When planning has been granted for a given development scheme, Perry Hill provides advice to land owners or developers as regards Viability.
This is a specific assessment in regards to the cost of procuring the development, resale values, and build costs, in contrast to the Local Planning Authorities demand for Sec. 106 and or CIL (Community Infrastructure Levey) charges, pursuant to the scheme.

Market Assessment Reports
A Market Assessment report is essential when seeking to promote an existing use building for an alternative user.
The Market Assessment report looks at the condition, form of construction, age, uses, specification and contrasts that, against the availability of alternative space in the same (similar) postcode area, so as to prove the argument of “No loss of amenity” and or to define the building as at the end or its useful life or obsolete to occupier requirements.
